So far, I have been told the following:

  • Everyone exchange cell phone numbers
  • Plan meetings ahead of time to avoid conflict
  • At least 3 meetings a month
  • Require that each person read 4-5 or more books
  • Taking notes for each chapter of each book
  • Bonding activites?
  • Meetings devoted to question writing
  • Mock battles every month or so
  • Mandatory meeting attendance
