Before you ask, the stars are there because the subject of the thread needs ten characters.

Question:Why does Ronald begin to tutor Carly?
Answer:He tutors her after she find's out that she has to enter a SAT Prep class, but the only way to get into the class is to increase her SAT Score on the next test.
